Short Updates
First and foremost, we apologize for not being updated in this cyber space for a prolonged period. Based on the information from the Perak Darul Ridzuan SJAM website, there are a few events which has to be called off. The events are:
- Annual Junior First Aid Competition
- Annual State NCO Cadet Camp
- Perak Mass CPR programme
The main reason given by the state website was the restriction from the Perak Education Department. It is most probably because of the deadly pandemic Influenza A(H1N1) which fatality has increase to 70 and above in the nation. Thus, the government has restricted all large-scaled gatherings such as the events mentioned above.
The Annual State NCO Cadet Camp which was scheduled to be held in one of the National Service training camp in Malaysia located in Cenderiang, Tapah has been cancelled too. This annual meaningful yet significant camp has brought much fun and knowledge to members from in and around Perak for the previous years. For us, we fully respect the government's decision for their concern on the members' health.
